Male members who can contact special ladies are Client members or Special members.
***Correspondence members can contact only Sweet Ladies directly.

Since everybody is different and not the same, we consider someone as a special lady because of her looks, she is very pretty or pretty in our eyes or most people's eyes, she is educated, can speak English, has a very nice smile, her qualities or her story is interesting.....etc. The fee to contact special ladies is different from the fee for contacting a Sweet Lady . ( If all ladies were the same and the fee was the same then a very pretty lady or special lady would get many tons of emails and letters. is a client member who has purchased a correspondence with 2-20 Special ladies. He has paid an initial correspondence one time fee
of $32.95+ USD. Tom will get free 20 credits
for him to send his first 1-20 messages to his 1-20 selected ladies and get free 20
translation credits (Bonus Credits) for sending more messages to the same ladies.
Tom may choose to use his 20 credits to write to 1 special lady 20 times and use the remaining free bonus credits for sending more messages to her or he may choose to write to the maximum of 20 special ladies and use the remaining free bonus credits for sending more messages to the same ladies. If his selected ladies choose to reply back to him, they can reply back to his messages free of charge. (The ladies can write unlimited messages to him at no charge.)
Tom can use his credits that he has in his account to send message to any new special lady any time during his one year membership is still valid. _____________________________________________
John
is a client member who has purchased a correspondence with 21-80 special ladies. He has paid an initial correspondence one time fee
of $75.95+ USD. John will get free 80 credits
to send his first messages to the maximum of 80 selected ladies and get free 30

( 10. ) *** What is a translation credit (credit) and Free Bonus Credits ?
A translation credit or a credit is a payment that someone makes for the translation and/or forwarding service or for sending a message to a special lady.
1 credit = $10 USD.
1 Credit includes the translation and/or forwarding service from you to a lady and from the lady back to you.
Free Bonus Credits = Translation credits that are given to a client member for free so he can send more messages to his special ladies at no additional charge.
If you have 1 credit, you will be able to send 1 message to 1 lady, If she replies to you in Thai, we will translate her Thai message into English and then e-mail it to you, at no additional charge.

( 11. ) *** Who needs to buy a credit ?
A Correspondence Member who wish to send his message to a Sweet Lady who needs help with English or need translation services.
A Client member who wish to send his message to a special lady. A client member will always need to pay one credit per contact regardless of the lady' English skills. He will get the first free credits for translation/forwarding service according to the number of ladies that he has contracted to correspond with.
For
subsequent messages, A client member will need to purchase additional credits for each
additional contact with each special lady. One
credit per contact. He may purchase from one
credit to any number desired. The fee is $ 10
USD per credit.
A client member will always need to have at least 1 credit for sending a message to a special lady, no matter if she needs translation service or has access to an email and the internet or not. One credit per contact.

If you are a fully paid special member of any special membership plans (Plan A, C, E, 7 day package, silver plan, 3 month special membership ), you will be able to send message to any of your selected ladies directly.
If you don't wish to join one
of the special membership plans, you can pay a small fee of $32.95 USD to contact 1 - 4 special ladies via Sweet Singles Office
only. You will not be able to get their personal contact details or give your personal
contact details to them until you upgrade your membership to one of the Special Membership
Plans or a Custom Plan (Tailor Plan)
( 15. ) *** How to send my message to the lady of my choice ?
If you are a trial member, you can not send message to any other members.
If your selected lady is a Sweet Lady, you must join as a Correspondence Member or a Special Member in order to send your message to her.
If your selected lady is a Special Lady, you must join as a Client Member or a Special Member in order to send a message to her.
After joining, you can log into your account by using your user name and password and go to your selected lady's profile and click on the button " Contact " on her profile page to send your message to her.
( 16. ) *** I'm looking for a girlfriend in Thailand. I would love to send emails up front and was wondering or we could be able to exchange our address, locations and Contact information towards each other.

If you are a Correspondence member who wish to contact Sweet Ladies then you can exchange email address or personal contact details with any Sweet Ladies you are corresponding with.If you are a full paid Special Member who wish to contact Special ladies and/or Sweet Ladies then you can also exchange your personal contact details with any of them.
If you are a Special Member that don't yet pay in full, you will not be able to exchange personal contact detail with any lady.
If you are a Client Member, you will not be able to exchange your personal contact details with any lady.
If you are a Client Member and don't wish to upgrade to Special Membership but still wish to exchange personal contact detail with your selected lady so you can meet and date with your selected lady in Thailand then you may need to purchase only your selected lady's personal contact detail.
So you will be able to exchange your personal contact detail with the ladies or not, this depends on what type of membership you join.
( 17.) ***How can I find my selected lady' profile that I have already seen ?
To find your selected lady's profile, you will need to remember who your selected lady is so you should know at least her code number or a user name or her nick name or remember her picture and her age,...etc
After that you can use either " SEARCH " or " ADVANCED SEARCH " to search for her profile.
The easier way to find your selected lady the next time is to add her to your friend list.
If you don't remember anything about your selected lady then you will need to look through the profiles again and then add her to your friend list. If you see a profile that interests you, you should add her to your friend list. You can add the maximum of 50 persons to your friend list. You may also remove the profile for your friend list at a later time.
( 18. ) How do I know which one check her mail box often and which one rarely check her mail box ??
Just log into your account at http://www.sweetsingles.com/en and try to search for her profile by clicking on the button " SEARCH " and search by either her user name, coder number or nick name. When the search result shows up, please notice a note " LAST SEEN " which will tell you the last time that she was online or logged into her account to check her mail box.
( 19. ) What does " LAST SEEN " under each search result means ?
" Last seen " means the last time that a user was online and logged into his/her account. For example :

18 Sep 2006 11:03 means the last time that this user was online and logged in to her account is on Sep 18 2006 at 11.03( 20. )*** When can I get a reply from a lady that I sent my message to ?
We can not give an exact answer as to when you will get a reply back from the lady that you contacted with, as it may be one day, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks or one month,....etc not at all or within 30 minutes.
This depends on which lady that you choose to write to, how often she check for her message, how fast she can reply to a letter, how she feel about you, ......etc.
Please be aware that most or all 100% of Thai ladies have phone numbers but about 70-80% have access to the internet or email and only about 15-20% have computers at home.
The ladies who have email or can access to the internet will need to go to internet shops for checking for their messages if they don't have a computer at home or work. Ladies who have no email or no access to the internet, your message would need to be sent to them by post. This process may take several days. We also like to teach these Thai ladies to learn how to access to the internet , log into their accounts to check their mail box and reply to messages. ( We usually teach all Thai ladies who join our agency in person to know how to access to the internet, log into their account, check their mail boxes and reply to messages. )
You will have more possibility to get a reply by writing to a lady who like corresponding and is checking for her messages often, than writing to a lady who doesn't like correspondence and is rarely check for her message or if she doesn't have an access to the internet or email. The more ladies you write to, the more possibility you will get a reply.
( 21. ) If a lady doesn't reply back to my mail, does it means that she is not interested in meeting with me ??

Why it is true ???
****Many Thai ladies are conservative and they are afraid of hurting someone else's feeling. If a Thai lady receives
your mail, sees your picture and is not interested in you, she may not wish to send a reply back to let you know that you are not her type. She may be afraid that this would be impolite, hurt your feelings and make you unhappy. It may be also true that she would not be interested in meeting with you if you come to Thailand.

When you send a message to a lady and you do not get a
reply back, even though she may be
interested in meeting with you . That would be because:
She
has not yet checked for her mail and has not yet seen your message.
She doesn't like to correspond by mail/e-mail.
She
doesn't yet have time to go to an internet shop to check her mail box
She
doesn't have a computer at home.
She doesn't know what to write back or not good at writing a letter,....etc
she thinks that you are interested in her and will be coming to meet with her in person in Thailand. So she think that she doesn't need to reply and just waits to meet and talk with you face to face.
she thinks that when you arrive in Thailand, Sweet Singles office can contact her and will make an appointment with her to meet with you at Sweet Singles office or somewhere outside the office so she doesn't have to write a letter
She joined Sweet Singles and talked with us in person so she also expects that she will meet with a male member of Sweet Singles in person. She does hope to meet with real people and not email or letter relationship while most gentlemen like to join Sweet Singles over the internet via email. So most or 99% of gentlemen expect to receive emails/letter from ladies. This can cause some confusion, please remember there is just a difference in perspectives.
These are just some reasons why you have not hear back from some ladies that you wrote to, eventhough she would be interested in meeting with you in Thailand.

CANCELLATION:
You may
cancel your membership at any time by logging in to the site and using your member ID and
Password. Then click "Cancel

Example 1:
You joined plan A
and have paid the 50% deposit on 1 Jan 05. Your
next billing, for the next 3 months, will be on 1 April 05.
If you wish to cancel your membership after joining and do not want to be billed
for the next installment which is due on 1 April 05, you must cancel your membership prior
to 1 April 05.
Example 2:
If you join a
silver plan on 1 Jan 05, you will be billed monthly over a period of the 10 months,
with a minimum payment of 1 month. Your
billings will be on 1 Feb, 1 Mar, 1 April ... etc. This
means that you will be billed monthly for the first month payment. If you wish to cancel your membership, you must
cancel prior to the first of the next month and prior to the time when next payment will
be submitted.

note that your cancellation has been accepted only when you have receive the cancellation
confirmation from our office.
( 31 )*** Can I get a refund ?
Since we allow
users to try the site before deciding to pay to contact other members, we do not offer
refunds after a cancellation of membership, regardless of the length of term purchased or

also. As many ladies can be flexible for the right person and almost
everything in this world seem to have exception. If a lady said that she
is looking for someone age 30 -55 then that mean she can accept someone at
these age ranges but he must fit her requirement also.
A lady who said that she is looking for men between 30-55 but this doesn't
mean that she must accept everyone at these age ranges who are contacting
her. If she can have a chance to choose she would prefer someone 30 or 35
better than 55. However, she may choose a man at 55 rather than choosing
a man at 30 also if a man at 55 has many good qualities that can fit her
requirement better than a man at 30. For example : a lady would choose a
55 year old man who is still look healthy, good looking, very financially
stable can give her a good life or can get along well with her better than
choosing a 30 year old man who is unemployed, lazy, and doesn't seem
to have other qualities that fit her requirement.
So you will need to see other things that she mentions besides age. Since
we know our ladies and have met with most of them in person so we know
pretty much about what are their likes, dislikes and what type of men they are looking
for.

( 33 ) I see several of the ladies are Trial ladies and many do not have pictures or way to contact them. How does that work ?
Most or all trial ladies add their pictures and profile on the internet themselves. Some don't provide much informaiton about themselve and some don't provide the phone numbers that we can contact them , some may just do it for fun and not serious so we will need to investigate each one before we upgrade them to Sweet or Special ladies. Most or all Trial ladies never ever contact our office by the phone, fax, mail, email or in person. We are not sure if all are real and we will not upgrade them to Sweet or Special ladies before we check their info.
Most Sweet and Special ladies travel to join our agency in person or contact us on the phone or mail their information and documents to our office so we can be sure that they are real and not fake so we add them as Sweet or Specia ladies. These ladies provide enough information about themselve and give us all of their personal contact details that we can reach them.
We suggest you consider Sweet or Special ladies first. If you don't find any Sweet or Special ladies interest you then just look at Trial ladies or if you find any trial lady interesting then just feel free to let us know and we will check with her current status and see if she is real before your contacting with her.
